Terms and Conditions for Black Luxe Chauffeurs

 

1. Definitions

1.1. “Company” refers to Black Luxe Chauffeurs.

1.2. “Client” refers to any individual or entity who engages the services of Black Luxe Chauffeurs.

1.3. “Chauffeur” refers to the driver provided by the Black Luxe Chauffeurs for the provision of chauffeur services.

1.4. “Services” refers to the chauffeur services offered by Black Luxe Chauffeurs to the Client.

 

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the payment and booking confirmation from the Company.

2.2. The Client must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including the date, time, pickup and drop-off locations, and any special requirements.

2.3. Any changes or amendments to bookings must be communicated to the Company in advance and are subject to availability.

 

3. Payment

3.1. The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fare for the Services, which will be communicated at the time of booking or as per the Company’s pricing policy.

3.2. Payment methods accepted by the Company will be communicated to the Client during the booking process.

3.3. Any additional charges incurred during the provision of the Services, such as tolls, parking fees, or extra waiting time, will be borne by the Client and added to the total fare.

 

Extra Waiting Times

3.4. Airport Pickups: For all domestic pickups, price includes the waiting time of 30 minutes after the flight has landed. After 30 minutes, additional charge of $1.5 per minute will be levied from the Client.
For all international pickups, price includes the waiting time of 60 minutes after the flight has landed. After 60 minutes, additional charge of $1.5 per minute will be levied from the Client. Any further delays should be immediately informed to the Company or the Chauffeur.

3.5. For Local Pickups: The price includes the waiting time of 15 minutes from the pickup time (pickup time mentioned while booking the service). After 15 minutes, additional charge of $1.5 per minute will be levied from the Client.

 

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1. 90% refund will be initiated, if a booking is cancelled before 36 hours of service time (pickup time mentioned while booking the service).

4.2. 50% refund will be initiated, if a booking is cancelled within 36 hours of service time (pickup time mentioned while booking the service).

4.3. No refund will be initiated, if a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of service time (pickup time mentioned while booking the service).

 

Special Services (Weddings, Functions, Event Bookings, School Formals and Day Tours)

4.4. 90% refund will be initiated of booking is cancelled before 7 days of service date (pickup date mentioned while booking the service).

4.5. No refund will be initiated of booking is cancelled within 7 days of service date (pickup date mentioned while booking the service).

 

5. Responsibilities of the Client

5.1. The Client is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information and pickup/drop-off locations.

5.2. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all passengers comply with local laws and regulations during the provision of the Services.

5.3. Any damage caused by the Client or passengers to the vehicle during the provision of the Services will be the Client’s responsibility and may result in additional charges.

 

6. Responsibilities of the Company

6.1. The Company will make all reasonable efforts to provide the Services at the agreed-upon time and location.

6.2. The Company will ensure that its Chauffeurs are qualified, licensed, and possess the necessary permits to perform the Services.

6.3. The Company will maintain its vehicles in a safe and roadworthy condition.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Company shall not be liable for any delays, losses, damages, or inconveniences caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, accidents, or adverse weather.

7.2. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle during the provision of the Services.

 

8. Confidentiality

8.1. The Company shall treat all client information and personal data with the utmost confidentiality and will not disclose such information to third parties without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.

 

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland.

9.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brisbane.

 

10. Amendments

10.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version of the terms and conditions will be posted on the Company’s website.
